Breakfast
Ski Total
pride themselves on 'The Best Chalet Breakfast in the Alps'
- cereals, fresh fruit and juices, yoghurts, English tea and
good filter coffee, local bread and croissants or 'pains au
chocolat' in France, cold meats, cheeses and preserves, and
boiled eggs, presented buffet-style. We also cook a hot dish
of the day, individually served.
Afternoon Tea
The
traditional 'welcome home' after a day on the slopes will be
laid out ready for your return. A good cup of tea or coffee
is the perfect accompaniment to a delicious slice of freshly
home-baked cake.
Dinner
A tasty and
innovative, freshly cooked dinner will be prepared six
nights per week by your chalet host, or by a qualified chef
in larger chalets, and served with a choice of wines.
Ski Totals
four-course dinners start with canapés and an aperitif,
followed by an appetiser, main course and dessert and coffee
with mints or chocolates.
Wine is
unlimited during the meal service in Europe, and ¼ litre per
person is served each evening in Whistler.
Children's High Tea
In chalets
with family guests, children of 11 years old and under are
provided with high tea at 6.00pm, and do not join the main
adult dinner.
Naturally, if
you have booked a whole chalet, the choice of dining
separately or together is up to you - please let Ski Total
know at the time of booking. A supplement of £30 per child
is payable to upgrade from child meals to the adult menu.
Vegetarian & Special
Diets
Ski Total are
happy to provide vegetarian meals or to cater for most
special dietary requirements, but these must please be
notified to Ski Total in writing on your Booking Form, so
that they may plan the catering accordingly. |
